Overview

DigiCert is hiring a Corporate Account Manager to drive account development and sales execution within corporate accounts. You'll collaborate with various resources to maximize sales and establish relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in selling to corporate executives. You understand how to advocate for customers while balancing business needs, and you excel at building relationships at multiple levels within an organization. Your ability to identify customer needs and configure appropriate solutions is key to your success. You are comfortable leading enterprise agreements and closing multi-year subscription-based deals, demonstrating your strong sales execution skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own account relationships to maximize sales into corporate accounts, driving account development and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. You will penetrate additional buyers within the accounts, ensuring that you understand their needs and can configure offerings from DigiCert's portfolio to meet those needs. You will develop relationships with executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers, establishing positive connections that drive value for both the customer and DigiCert. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate forecasts, building a sales funnel to cover bookings targets, and documenting your sales activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
