Grafana is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth in the Central EMEA region. This remote position requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams. Your experience includes leading sales initiatives in the enterprise sector, where you've successfully attracted and retained talent while expanding your customer base. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
