In this role, you will facilitate the entire candidate interview process, which includes scheduling interviews and phone screens, as well as arranging travel for candidates when necessary. You will create offer documents and initiate background checks, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Your role will involve advocating for candidates, delivering timely follow-up correspondence regarding their recruiting status via phone and email. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop effective interview strategies, building strong relationships with candidates and the talent acquisition team. As a super-user of the ATS, you will update candidate records, track recruiting activities, and review metrics to improve the recruiting process.
