Pirros is seeking an AEC Account Executive to drive business growth in the Architecture and Engineering sector. You'll engage with design professionals to promote a platform that enhances detail management. This role requires a strong sales background and a passion for the AECO industry.
You are a mission-driven seller with a strong background in sales, particularly within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry. You thrive in early-stage growth environments and are excited about the opportunity to bring real change to the industry. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand the workflows of design professionals and effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions. You are comfortable prospecting and closing new business, and you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the AECO industry is a plus, as is familiarity with software solutions that enhance design processes. You are a strategic thinker who can shape how products go to market and influence the built world. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this role.
In this role, you will own your business by prospecting and closing new accounts with AECO firms that align with Pirros' vision. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with design professionals, helping them adopt a platform that streamlines their detail management processes. You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to shape product offerings and ensure they meet the needs of your clients. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and understanding their pain points, allowing you to tailor your sales approach effectively.
You will also engage in regular communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features of the platform.
