Druva is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the international field sales teams by enhancing operational efficiency and providing high-quality support. You'll work with Salesforce CPQ and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes.
You have experience in sales operations, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment, and understand the intricacies of deal flow and sales support. You are proficient in Salesforce and have a knack for optimizing processes to reduce administrative burdens on sales representatives. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that sales order processing and quoting are seamless. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional support to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales function. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the sales organization.
In this role, you will support all aspects of the deal flow through Druva’s systems, maximizing effectiveness and minimizing the administrative workload for sales representatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address sales order processing requirements and provide quote support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various sales and administrative duties for sales representatives and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). You will collaborate with other Sales Operations Specialists to ensure that the sales team receives the support they need to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be involved in enhancing the overall operating efficiency of the sales function, contributing to the success of Druva's sales initiatives.
