Stripe is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the growth of their Engineering and Specialized Tech teams. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and driving hiring strategies. This role requires strong communication skills and a consultative approach.
You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and align them with the best talent available. You are data-driven, using insights to refine your recruiting processes and improve efficiency. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You are a builder at heart, unafraid to try new ideas and iterate on existing processes to enhance the recruiting function.
Experience in recruiting for engineering or specialized tech roles is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven recruiting strategies. You are comfortable attracting passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines, which is essential for fostering an inclusive workplace. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's Engineering, Information, and Specialized Tech teams across the Americas. You will drive hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring that you attract top talent that fits the culture of Stripe. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide them with the best candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance. You will also leverage data to inform your recruiting strategies and continuously improve the process.
