You excel in translating creative vision into execution, ensuring that all outputs align with brand messaging and creative direction. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage pre-production, production, and post-production processes effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with creative leads and stakeholders to develop creative briefs and pre-production materials that guide teams towards successful outcomes. You possess a keen eye for detail and are able to provide informed feedback during creative reviews, ensuring that all deliverables meet the studio's standards and technical specifications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the creative execution of various photo and video projects, including social media content, trailers, commercials, and interviews. You will provide on-set creative leadership, ensuring that productions align with the established creative direction. You will collaborate closely with creative leads to support project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Your responsibilities will also include developing shot lists, mood boards, and scripts to guide creative teams. You will work with the Media Services team to ensure that all assets meet technical specifications for final delivery and archival formats. Your role will require you to cultivate strong relationships with marketing leads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the production process.
