Overview

Grafana is seeking a Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business across the DACH region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing opportunities with new customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing customer data.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new business and managing customer relationships. Your consultative sales approach allows you to understand customer needs deeply before presenting solutions. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed team. You are data-driven, capable of managing forecasts and tracking customer data effectively. You understand the importance of building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that the tech landscape is constantly evolving. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the DACH region. You will identify potential customers, nurture relationships, and close opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will manage forecasts and track customer data to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. Your consultative sales approach will be key as you learn about customer needs and tailor your presentations accordingly. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development. You will participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and strategies with your team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will also engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
