Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. Your passion for delivering happiness shines through in every interaction, whether it's on the driveway or within the community. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role.
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced retail environment would be a plus, as it would enhance your understanding of customer needs in this sector. A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to grow within the company will set you apart as a candidate.
