What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a technical support resource for applications, performing analysis, diagnosis, and defect correction, including making adjustments directly in the code. Monitoring application behavior will be part of your responsibilities, and you will contribute to preventive actions to avoid recurring failures. Collaboration with development and operations teams is key, as you will share technical information, align priorities, and support continuous improvements. You will document incidents, solutions applied, and support procedures accurately. Additionally, you will support optimization and automation initiatives, suggesting incremental improvements to systems and processes.
