Stream is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and support sales efforts from their Boulder office. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to outbound prospecting.
You are a driven and ambitious individual ready to take on the role of Sales Development Representative at Stream. With at least 6 months of experience in a similar position, you have a solid understanding of outbound sales strategies and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You think strategically about outbound efforts and embrace experimentation, thriving in a dynamic setting. Your motivation and curiosity drive you to master the fundamentals of technical sales while contributing directly to revenue growth. You are a team-oriented self-starter who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will support our sales representatives by fueling the pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. You will identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting. Your responsibilities will include crafting thoughtful outbound messaging, conducting high-quality discovery calls to uncover customer needs, and setting qualified meetings with ideal customer profile (ICP) prospects through various channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives by attending introductory calls and ensuring seamless handoffs of qualified leads. Consistently hitting activity and pipeline goals will be essential, as you drive strong top-funnel performance. You will also maintain clean and accurate CRM data using Salesforce, staying sharp on Stream’s product offerings and competitive landscape.
