What you'll do

As an Engineering Operation Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical infrastructure within our data centers. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and various cooling systems to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, where you will diagnose and resolve issues that may arise in the equipment. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to implement best practices for maintenance and operational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact the uptime and reliability of our services, ensuring that customers have continual access to the cloud.
