Staff AI Product Manager - Health Chat (x/f/m)

What you’ll do 

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the AI Health Assistant team in Product.

As a Staff Product Manager, your mission will be to lead the development of Europe's first medical AI health chat assistant that provides health recommendations to millions of patients. You will be working in a feature team developing the Health Actions stream, defining what personalized recommendations our AI provides: from self-care advice to specialist matching and follow-up guidance.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define the AI recommendation framework including health actions, prioritization logic, and evaluation frameworks for medical safety and accuracy
• Integrate recommendations with Doctolib's ecosystem through RAG-powered systems and care offer connections
• Collaborate with 40+ medical specialists to ensure clinical validity and establish systematic testing protocols
• Scale from pediatric to adult use cases while handling multi-problem cases with appropriate prioritization
• Drive toward €10M ARR Health Companion target with cross-functional coordination across 4 AI streams

Who you are

• You have at least 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are fluent with ML metrics, statistical significance testing, A/B experimentation, and evaluation frameworks
• You have hands-on experience with LLM-based products including chatbots, recommendations, and personalization systems
• You have previous experience launching 0→1 products in fast-moving environments
• You are fluent in French and English

Now it would be fantastic if you

• You are familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• You have exposure to healthcare or health tech environments and understand health user needs
• You have medical domain knowledge or experience with regulated products
