You have a strong background in sales enablement and training, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for turning complex ideas into actionable training programs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are empathetic and curious, always looking for ways to improve and adapt training materials to meet the needs of the sales team. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Experience with sales tools and technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and analytics. You may have a background in instructional design or adult learning principles, which will help you create engaging and effective training content. A passion for technology and understanding of Cloudflare's mission will set you apart.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that empower sales teams to excel. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop content that aligns with sales strategies. Your role will involve creating easy-to-understand materials that help sales representatives, including BDRs and Account Executives, effectively utilize sales tools and strategies. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
You will facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be essential to ensure that sales teams are informed about new products and features. You will also play a key role in onboarding new sales hires, providing them with the resources and training they need to hit the ground running.
