Varicent is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You'll act as a trusted advisor ensuring alignment between HR practices and business needs. Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is preferred.
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset, ready to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. With a strong background in HR practices, you understand the importance of aligning these practices with local regulations and business needs. You thrive in a tech, SaaS, or product-driven environment, bringing valuable insights to the table. Your ability to partner closely with managers located in the U.S., Canada, and other global locations makes you a trusted advisor in the organization. You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are skilled at navigating complex HR challenges.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue optimization strategies.
