You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in driving engagement and retention strategies. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of subscription models and how to create value for users. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams such as Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance to ensure a seamless user experience. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the customer journey and improve retention rates.
You are passionate about small businesses and understand the challenges they face. Your experience in the fintech space is a plus, as you are familiar with the unique needs of SMEs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with subscription-based products or services is highly desirable. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you make informed decisions. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on product features to meet user needs effectively.
