Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey information and resolve issues. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation. Your performance will be monitored, and you will have the chance to progress within the company through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit increases every 90 days based on your contributions.
