TripActions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical talent. You'll utilize various sourcing strategies and collaborate closely with hiring managers. This role requires experience in recruitment and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in recruitment, with experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer extension. Your expertise lies in sourcing and attracting top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You excel in screening resumes and conducting phone interviews, ensuring that candidates meet the qualifications for the roles you are filling. Your interviewing skills are strong, utilizing behavioral and competency-based techniques to assess candidates effectively.

You are adept at utilizing assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring that the best candidates are selected for the roles. Negotiating offers is a key part of your skill set, and you are comfortable extending competitive offers and discussing salary and benefits packages with candidates. You understand the importance of onboarding and work closely with the onboarding team to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline is second nature to you. You proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for future opportunities, ensuring that the company is always prepared for growth. You stay updated on industry trends and best practices, developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that optimize the hiring process.

Your ability to partner with hiring managers is crucial. You take the time to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection, fostering strong relationships that enhance the recruitment process. Your organizational and time management skills allow you to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that recruitment goals are met in a timely manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, starting from the initial job requisition to the extension of offers. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Your role will involve reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements. You will coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to ensure a thorough evaluation of each candidate.

You will also utilize appropriate assessments, such as skills tests and personality tests, to evaluate candidate suitability. Extending competitive offers and negotiating salary and benefits packages will be part of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. You will proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.

Your role will require you to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection, and build strong relationships that enhance the recruitment process.
