In this role, you will be the heartbeat of Elastic's Executive Briefing Center, responsible for connecting teams and shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors. You will drive the strategic design and build of the center, establishing processes that ensure every visit feels flawless and inspired. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales teams and executives to understand their needs and align the briefing center's offerings accordingly.
You will oversee the operational aspects of the center, ensuring that all logistical details are managed effectively. This includes coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and facilitating engaging presentations that highlight Elastic's innovative solutions. You will also gather feedback from visitors to continuously improve the experience and make data-driven decisions about future programming.
As a key member of the Global Revenue Operations Organization, you will contribute to the overall success of Elastic by enhancing customer relationships and driving engagement through the Executive Briefing Center.
