Fireblocks is seeking a Director of Salesforce to lead the vision and delivery of their CRM ecosystem. You'll work closely with global Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to leverage Salesforce for operational efficiency. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce management.
You have a proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and managing CRM ecosystems — your experience spans across various industries, and you understand the nuances of integrating Salesforce with other business platforms. You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to define and own the long-term roadmap for Salesforce at Fireblocks. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders is key, as you will serve as the technical and strategic interface across the organization. You are passionate about leveraging technology to drive commercial growth and operational efficiency, and you thrive in environments that require collaboration across multiple departments.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ is highly desirable — you are familiar with best practices in CRM management and have successfully implemented these solutions in previous roles. A background in the financial services or blockchain industry would be a plus, as it aligns with Fireblocks' mission to secure digital asset transfers for major institutions.
In this role, you will define and own the global roadmap for Fireblocks' Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the implementation of new functionalities.
