What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Kaseya's BCDR portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will oversee the development of backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware-resilient continuity solutions.

You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the products you manage meet the needs of MSPs and IT teams. Your role will involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products and drive continuous improvement.
