Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll build relationships and guide clients through the sales process. This role requires a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your ability to build relationships is key, and you project the company's values of trust, service, and honesty in every interaction. You are strategic in identifying long-term clients and securing substantial orders, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Your organizational skills allow you to create and actively manage plans to achieve specific sales objectives and drive profitable growth. You are passionate about helping customers select the best manufacturing technologies for their projects, ensuring they have a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure.
Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with rapid manufacturing technologies. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in customer engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will also be the contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production, providing guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs.
