You have a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently hit KPIs and sales metrics. Your experience includes re-engaging aged data, dormant clients, or past accounts, demonstrating your capability to connect with customers effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to connect with small business owners and educate them on lending solutions. You approach sales with a customer service-driven mindset, listening first and recommending second, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client. You thrive in collaborative environments, sharing wins, strategies, and insights with team members and leadership.

What you'll do
