You have a proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry — you understand the nuances of building relationships with partners and driving mutual success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey Agoda's value proposition to potential partners. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring each partner receives the attention they deserve. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on the unique needs of each partner, fostering long-term relationships that benefit both parties. You are passionate about travel and understand the importance of providing exceptional service to partners in the hospitality sector.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Agoda, your primary responsibility will be to expand Agoda's supply network by onboarding new partners and enhancing relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with the Growth Team to identify potential partners and develop tailored strategies to engage them. You will conduct regular check-ins with your portfolio of partners to ensure they are satisfied with Agoda's offerings and to identify any areas for improvement. You will utilize Agoda's technology and resources to provide partners with insights that can help them optimize their listings and increase visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new products and services that meet the evolving needs of your partners. You will track performance metrics and report on the success of your initiatives, adjusting your strategies as necessary to achieve your goals. You will represent Agoda at industry events and conferences, building your network and promoting Agoda's brand within the travel community.
