GoDaddy is hiring an AI Solutions Manager to lead the Finance AI & Automation strategy. You'll work on defining solution architecture and governance frameworks while collaborating with various teams. This position requires expertise in AI and automation.
You have a strong background in AI and automation, with experience in leading enterprise-level strategies that drive transformation across finance. Your ability to align priorities with strategic goals is complemented by your expertise in defining and governing solution architecture and design patterns. You understand the importance of compliance and data governance, ensuring that all AI solutions adhere to robust standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Experience in financial technology or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with AI governance frameworks. You are comfortable managing teams and scaling operations, with a proven track record of coordinating projects and performance tracking. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will own and scale GoDaddy Finance's enterprise AI and Automation strategy, shaping the roadmap that drives transformation across the finance function. You will lead the Finance AI & Automation roadmap, ensuring alignment with FDAT strategy and enterprise architecture. Your responsibilities will include defining and governing solution architecture, design patterns, and AI governance frameworks for automation and agentic solutions. You will partner with CorpTech and Security to ensure robust compliance, role-based access control, and data governance across all AI solutions. Additionally, you will manage and scale the AI Factory Pod, coordinating intake, prioritization, and performance tracking to ensure successful implementation of AI initiatives.
