What you'll do

In this role, you will evaluate and develop safe ropes access solutions tailored to new and changing environments. You will manage communication and equipment integrity, ensuring that all processes required for safe ropes access operations are adhered to. Climbing in various environmental conditions will be a routine part of your responsibilities as you set up ropes access for your teammates. You will haul team members and equipment using a variety of ropes access configurations, demonstrating your technical skills and attention to detail. Operating within and enforcing SPRAT and IRATA guidelines will be crucial to maintaining safety standards. Additionally, you will train team members on the proper use of ropes access solutions, contributing to a culture of safety and efficiency within the team. Developing rigging for large assemblies will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all operations are conducted smoothly and safely.
