What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Product Legal team at Asana, ensuring that all product initiatives comply with legal standards and regulations. You will work directly with the Product and R&D teams to provide legal guidance on product features and innovations, particularly those involving artificial intelligence. Your responsibilities will include developing legal strategies that align with Asana's mission and values, as well as mentoring and growing your team to enhance their capabilities. You will be instrumental in navigating legal challenges and providing solutions that support product development while safeguarding the company's interests. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into the product lifecycle from inception to launch.
