What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to serve as the key technical advisor for customers — your insights will help guide them through the adoption process, ensuring they realize the full value of Confluent's technology. You will engage in discussions with customers to surface their business needs, translating these into effective technical designs that meet their requirements.

You will facilitate discussions that inspire customers to explore new possibilities with data streaming — your storytelling skills will help convey the benefits of adopting innovative solutions. You will also drive creative problem-solving sessions to overcome technical hurdles, ensuring customers can successfully implement Confluent's technology.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Success Team — your contributions will help foster an environment of sustained success for customers, guiding them as they move up the adoption maturity curve. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall customer experience.
