Hims & Hers is seeking a Pharmaceutical Aseptic Processing Trainer to lead training programs for aseptic processing personnel in their sterile compounding facility. This role requires deep expertise in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic processing.
You have extensive experience in pharmaceutical aseptic processing and training, with a strong understanding of cGMP, USP <797>/<800>, and FDA 503A/503B regulatory requirements. Your background includes hands-on training and evaluation of compounding operators, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and practical skills. You are passionate about maintaining compliance and improving health outcomes through effective training programs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Experience in sterile compounding facilities and a proven track record in developing training materials and programs would be advantageous. Familiarity with the latest advancements in aseptic processing techniques and technologies is a plus. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to enhance training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
