Overview

Smartsheet is seeking a Sales Development Representative II to drive sales pipeline generation and support growth targets. You'll engage with potential customers and collaborate with sales teams. This role requires strong prospecting skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of sales processes and are eager to develop your skills in prospecting and customer engagement. With experience in sales development, you know how to identify and qualify potential customers effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue and achieve growth targets. Your communication skills allow you to set a positive tone for the sales cycle, making you an essential first touchpoint for prospects. You are adaptable and can work remotely while being central to the West Coast region. You are motivated by results and are committed to contributing to the success of your team.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. You may have a background in customer success or account management, which enhances your ability to understand customer needs and build relationships. A proactive approach to learning and development will help you excel in this role.
