Senior Full Stack Engineer

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. You are proficient in JavaScript and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as React and Node.js. Your background includes working in a product-led environment, where you have successfully collaborated with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You are comfortable with continuous deployment practices and understand the importance of shipping clean, maintainable code. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are eager to contribute to a culture of ownership and growth. You are also open to learning and adapting to new technologies, especially in the realm of AI, as you will play a key role in enhancing Upflow's product offerings.

Desirable

Experience with payment processing systems or workflow automation is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product development will be beneficial. You should also have a growth mindset and be willing to mentor junior engineers as the team expands.

What you'll do

In your role, you will architect and implement complex product features from start to finish, ensuring they meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate closely with the product manager, designer, and other engineers to create high-impact solutions that enhance our cash collection technology. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in the continuous deployment process, which averages 10 deploys per day. You will also engage in discussions about product direction and contribute to the overall strategy of the engineering team. As part of a small, efficient team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects and drive them to completion, while also learning from your peers and sharing your knowledge.
