Who you are

You have a solid background in software development with proven knowledge of data structures and their applications. Your experience includes developing software using C/C++, Objective-C, or Java, showcasing your ability to work with various programming languages. You possess strong competency in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, as well as Quality of Service (QoS) principles, which are essential for optimizing connectivity. What you'll do

As a member of the Core Wi-Fi team, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and optimizing Wi-Fi networking subsystem software across Apple products, including iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. Your role will involve making decisions that influence the connectivity experience for users worldwide. You will work across software stacks, including frameworks, APIs, UI, OS services, and drivers, to maintain and productize features collaboratively with other teams. You will own and drive the full software development cycle, ensuring that the features you develop meet high standards of performance and efficiency.

You will engage in intelligent compromises between ease of use, performance, and efficiency, ensuring that the software you create enhances the overall user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the connectivity experience on products that people use every day. You will also be involved in testing and measuring the success of the features you develop, using your analytical skills to refine and improve them continuously.
