What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the user journey for SoFi's Small Business Lending product, ensuring a seamless experience from application to funding. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine the product features, ensuring they meet the needs of our business members. You will manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the product's performance and making adjustments as necessary to drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will also be the primary point of contact for maintaining critical relationships with external partners, ensuring that all collaborations are productive and aligned with SoFi's goals. Additionally, you will work with internal teams, including Credit Risk, Compliance, and Legal, to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure that the product adheres to all necessary guidelines. Your role will involve regular reporting on product performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will play a key role in shaping the future of SoFi's lending offerings, contributing to the overall mission of transforming personal finance for our members.
