This role within the **Business Process (BP)** team will be instrumental in driving critical improvement initiatives. You'll lead programmatic efforts to evolve the FinOps support model, ensure accountability for key deliverables across tech teams and stakeholders, and implement scalable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple high-impact priorities, and a meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* 12+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including identifying data issues, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
* 12+ years of experience leading teams of 40+ and solving complex financial/business challenges with data-driven insights and impactful financial modeling.
* MBA or equivalent preferred.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Drive Program Objectives:** Define and manage project plans, oversee implementation activities, and ensure effective documentation, communication, and rollout of new processes.
* **Scale Operations:** Design scalable processes and tools that adapt to increasing business volume, complexity, and global reach.
* **Define KPIs:** Develop and track metrics and SLAs to ensure performance against program goals.
* **Stakeholder Communication:** Effectively communicate process updates and policy changes to leadership, teams, and cross-functional partners.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with global business and system owners to drive process excellence and enforce strong financial controls.
* **Vendor and Issue Management:** Resolve critical vendor-related issues and conduct deep dives to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
* **Process Standardization:** Negotiate with partner teams to streamline policies and eliminate inefficiencies and defects.
* **Global Coordination:** Collaborate with FinOps support centers to define and achieve short- and long-term operational improvement goals.
* **Support New Launches:** Develop mechanisms to support seamless integration of new programs and tools across regions.
* **Risk & Opportunity Evaluation:** Identify financial and operational risks and opportunities across Finance Operations and broader business units.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve technical, process, and team interfaces while tracking progress and impact.
- - 12+ years of Account Payable experience
- - Experience using data to influence business decisions
- - Experience as a manager of managers
- - Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues
- - Managerial skills to handle problems and crisis in a confident and decisive manner.

- - Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. MS Excel, Word) at an advanced level
