Cyberhaven is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to support their sales teams in the pre-sales process. You'll leverage your technical acumen and communication skills to deliver product demonstrations and guide technical evaluations. This role requires collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
You have a strong blend of technical acumen and communication skills, enabling you to effectively support sales teams in a pre-sales capacity. Your experience includes guiding technical evaluations and building key partner relationships, which are essential for success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide valuable feedback on product features and capabilities.
You understand the importance of delivering compelling product messaging and demonstrations that differentiate from competitors. Your ability to create and deliver these presentations will be crucial in engaging potential clients and driving successful outcomes. You are comfortable managing the evaluation process and ensuring that technical evaluations conclude successfully.
Your background includes experience in supporting mid-market and SMB sales teams, particularly with accounts that have fewer than 2,500 employees. You are adept at navigating the complexities of pre-sales processes and are committed to fostering success in a channel-driven sales model. You are passionate about helping customers protect their valuable information and are driven to contribute to continuous product improvement.
Experience in a technical sales role or solutions engineering is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions or related technologies will also be beneficial in this position.
In your role as a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer at Cyberhaven, you will support the Mid-market and SMB Sales teams throughout the pre-sales process. This includes assisting with opportunities from initial qualification through to production hand-off. You will be responsible for learning, creating, and delivering compelling messaging and demonstrations of products and solutions that set Cyberhaven apart from competitors.
You will guide technical evaluations by owning proof of concept (POC) processes and managing the evaluation to ensure a successful conclusion. Your ability to maintain key partner technical relationships will be vital, as you will enable and support channel partners to excel in a channel-driven sales model.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature releases. Your insights from the field will help inform product improvements and ensure that the solutions offered meet the needs of clients effectively.
