You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within a structured development program. What you'll do

As a Sales Development Associate, you will participate in the Starting Off in Sales Program, a structured 12-month development initiative designed to launch early-career talent into B2B sales. You will play a key role in driving Mollie’s growth in Germany by generating new business opportunities and engaging potential customers. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads for the sales team and supporting the overall sales strategy. You will receive hands-on experience and continuous coaching to build the foundations needed for more advanced sales roles.
