What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each vehicle is inspected for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards of cleanliness expected at Carvana. You will also complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your role will involve coordinating with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases every three months, with the potential to earn up to $16/hr within your first year.
