Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

You have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with experience in building and maintaining scalable systems. Desirable

Experience with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting is a plus, as is familiarity with incident response processes. What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Five9, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud contact center software. You will design and implement comprehensive monitoring dashboards that cover both OS/platform-level and application-level metrics. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and error budgets to meet our ambitious reliability targets. You will build alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users, participating in on-call rotations and leading incident response efforts when necessary. Your work will directly contribute to the overall customer experience, helping to bring joy to our users through reliable service delivery.
