Harvey is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across various teams including Sales, HR, and Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to build creative recruitment processes in a fast-growing company based in Dublin.
As a Recruiter at Harvey, you will be an early member of the EMEA Talent Team, contributing to the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple teams such as Sales, HR, Marketing, and Legal. You possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and are eager to implement innovative strategies that attract top talent. Your ability to connect with candidates and understand their motivations will be key in ensuring a great fit for both the candidates and the company. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and ensuring that all candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. A background in legal or professional services can be beneficial, as it will help you understand the unique needs of the roles you will be recruiting for. You are a proactive communicator, able to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
In this role, you will own a portion of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and utilizing various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
You will also be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication with candidates, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
