As a Recruiter at Harvey, you will be an early member of the EMEA Talent Team, contributing to the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple teams such as Sales, HR, Marketing, and Legal. Desirable

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portion of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and utilizing various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

You will also be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication with candidates, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to refine and improve recruitment processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Team.
