As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in creating an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, demonstrating product knowledge and providing exceptional service on the sales floor. Your responsibilities will include supporting the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and organized. You will also participate in cycle counts and transfers to demonstrate loss prevention awareness, contributing to the overall efficiency of the store operations. Additionally, you will engage in ongoing staff education by sharing product knowledge with your team, fostering a collaborative and informed work environment.
