What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with PadSplit's mission and values. You will work closely with the Director of PeopleOps to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish. You will also play a key role in promoting PadSplit's culture and values to potential hires, ensuring that every candidate understands the impact they can make by joining the team.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates. Your role will involve not only filling positions but also enhancing the overall candidate experience, making sure that every interaction reflects the values of PadSplit. You will track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
