You have experience as a Recruiter, thriving in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish. You will also play a key role in promoting PadSplit's culture and values to potential hires, ensuring that every candidate understands the impact they can make by joining the team.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates. Your role will involve not only filling positions but also enhancing the overall candidate experience, making sure that every interaction reflects the values of PadSplit. You will track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.

Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing diversity within the organization, ensuring that PadSplit remains a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
