Asana is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth initiatives within the Enterprise customer segment. You'll be responsible for generating a robust pipeline and executing engagement strategies. This role is based in Tokyo with a hybrid work schedule.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead strategic growth initiatives by generating a pipeline for enterprise account executives through high-volume outreach. You will create customized messaging to drive qualified opportunities and account expansion. Your mission will involve architecting and executing multi-threaded engagement strategies to penetrate new contacts and departments across high-value target accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to find efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers. Additionally, you will act as a key voice of the customer to the product team, helping to identify and overcome obstacles to growth. You will be responsible for initiating complex sales cycles and laying the foundation for expansive enterprise deployments.
