Zefir is seeking a Growth Ops professional to build a scalable revenue engine and optimize the customer journey using AI-powered tools. You'll leverage data analytics and CRM systems to enhance conversion efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in revenue operations.
You have a strong background in growth operations, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role where you've successfully built and optimized revenue generation processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to turn data into actionable insights, and you are proficient in using tools like SQL and Google Analytics to analyze customer behavior and improve conversion rates. You understand the importance of customer journey mapping and have experience with CRM systems to enhance client engagement. Your builder mindset and creative problem-solving skills enable you to develop innovative solutions that drive revenue growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience in the real estate sector or a similar fast-growing industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation processes will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable with creating dynamic personas and intent-based scoring models to better understand customer behavior.
In your role as Growth Ops at Zefir, you will be responsible for developing customer insights and analytics that drive revenue growth. You will analyze the B2C funnel to identify areas where value is lost, such as speed to lead and conversion drop-offs, and translate these insights into tighter processes and sharper messaging. You will create an intent-based scoring model that maps client behavioral triggers, allowing for more targeted engagement strategies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the revenue generation funnel, and you will continuously optimize the customer journey using AI-powered tools and automated workflows. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in strategies and messaging, and you will report on key performance metrics to track the success of your initiatives.
