What you'll do

As a Senior Product Analyst at Upstart, you will own the end-to-end data narrative for the Personal Loans product, leveraging insights to influence strategic growth and risk decisions. You will design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accessibility across teams. Collaborating with the Analytics team, Finance, and Machine Learning teams, you will drive product enhancements and optimizations based on data-driven insights. You will conduct thorough analyses to identify trends and opportunities within the lending marketplace, presenting your findings to senior leadership to inform strategic initiatives. Your role will involve developing dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
