What you'll do

As a Barista at Thuma, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers. You will work closely with the Lead Barista to ensure that the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve taking customer orders, operating coffee machines, and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe area. You will also engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management and help with the setup and breakdown of the cafe at the beginning and end of each shift.
