Overview

Uber is seeking a Sales Account Executive in Celaya to expand Uber Eats' restaurant selection by acquiring high-quality SMB partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the sales funnel effectively.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in account management or business development, and you thrive in a field-based role where you can engage directly with clients. Your strong negotiation skills allow you to navigate complex deals, ensuring both quality and volume in a competitive landscape. You are analytical and disciplined, capable of managing your sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals. You understand the importance of building relationships with partners and are committed to their success from day one. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Uber Eats' restaurant selection by acquiring high-quality small and medium-sized business partners. You will independently design your weekly funnel construction plan to consistently close around 20 restaurants per month. This involves sourcing, qualifying, and prioritizing potential restaurant partners using geo insights and competitive dynamics. You will lead complex negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, ensuring that deals move swiftly through the pipeline. Your role will also include early-life follow-up with merchants to ensure they activate successfully and remain engaged. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance the overall partner experience.
