Scribe is seeking a Director of Finance to lead company-wide planning and forecasting as the business scales. You'll partner with GTM teams to translate growth ambitions into financial outcomes. This role requires strong financial acumen and leadership experience.
You have a proven track record in finance, ideally with experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Your experience includes developing financial plans and forecasts that align with business objectives, ensuring that teams are held accountable for performance. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can influence decision-making and drive financial discipline across the organization. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Accounting, and Operations, to ensure that financial strategies are effectively executed. You understand the importance of maintaining a single, trusted financial view and are committed to being the arbiter of truth within the organization.
As the Director of Finance at Scribe, you will own the financial planning and analysis function, playing a central role in shaping how the company scales. You will be responsible for building the annual operating plan and forecasts, ensuring they remain accurate over time. This involves driving re-forecasting when necessary and helping leadership understand the trade-offs behind their choices. You will work closely with leaders across various departments to translate strategy into execution, surfacing risks and opportunities as they arise.
