What you'll do

As a Senior IAM Automation Engineer at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the IAM function from a reactive to a proactive business enabler. You will collaborate with teams across the globe to design and implement modern, end-to-end automated solutions that streamline identity management processes. Your work will directly impact how employees interact with technology, enhancing their experience and improving overall business efficiency.

You will lead initiatives to automate IAM processes, ensuring that security measures are integrated seamlessly into the workflow. This includes developing scripts and tools to automate user provisioning, access requests, and compliance reporting. You will also work closely with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions that mitigate risks associated with identity management.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will participate in cross-functional projects, working with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that IAM solutions align with business goals and user needs.
