CLEAR is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their Analytics team, focusing on the CLEAR+ subscription business. You'll partner with Marketing and Finance to evaluate business performance and synthesize complex data into actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
You have 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, where you've developed a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are skilled at connecting data to business priorities, particularly in subscription-based models. Your proficiency in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, while your experience with data visualization tools like Tableau helps you present findings clearly to stakeholders. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with Marketing and Finance teams to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus, as it will help you in understanding user behavior and optimizing subscription strategies. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies will also be beneficial in your role, as you will contribute to large analytics projects that require rigorous testing and evaluation of different strategies.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Marketing and Finance teams to evaluate business performance and size new growth opportunities. You will synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for executive leadership, ensuring that insights are communicated effectively. Your contributions will include deep-dive diagnostic analysis and steady-state descriptive reporting, which will help inform strategic decisions. You will serve as a thought partner in subscription strategy development, contextualizing analytics within broader company strategy and market trends. Additionally, you will contribute to large analytics projects, from opportunity sizing to detailed reporting, ensuring that your insights lead to meaningful business outcomes.
