You have over 3 years of experience in tech sales, particularly in IT infrastructure or SaaS, demonstrating a consistent track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets. Your background includes successful sales to Fortune 1000 companies, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals effectively. You possess a strong understanding of channel collaboration, taking ownership of your sales strategy and execution. Your mindset is driven by a commitment to exceed goals and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities in the market. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt to the dynamics of a matrix organization, ensuring high performance in your role. You embody Rubrik's values and contribute positively to team culture while collaborating with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute sales plans for your designated area, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, managing opportunities, and closing deals to meet your individual sales targets. You will build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, driving growth primarily within small to mid-sized accounts. Your responsibilities will include presenting and proposing Rubrik's solutions in complex data center environments, collaborating with partners, distributors, and VARs to achieve high growth through joint selling efforts.
